Resumo do Plano<br />Total estimado: R$ 2.877.572,00 (Dois milhoes, oitocentos e setenta e sete mil, quinhentos e setenta e dois reais).</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center; \"><strong>C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL\u00a0DE VEREADORES DE CARACARA\u00cd \u2013 RR</strong></p>\r\n<p>O Presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores de Caracara\u00ed (RR), <b>JANILSON FAUSTINO BASTOS</b>,\u00a0no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais e de acordo com o estipulado pela Lei Federal 14.133/2021,</p>\r\n<p>Lei de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es e Contratos Administrativos, estabelece o Plano Anual de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es do Poder Legislativo Municipal, para o exerc\u00edcio de 2026, conforme o que segue:</p>\r\n<p><b>I - OBJETIVO:</b></p>\r\n<p>O Plano Anual de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Rorain\u00f3polis-RR, possui como objetivo reunir e publicar as necessidades e poss\u00edveis contrata\u00e7\u00f5es (fornecimentos e servi\u00e7os), a serem realizadas durante o ano de 2026. Visa estabelecer prioridades e atender normativos da Lei Federal 14.133/21, elencando os poss\u00edveis fornecimentos, presta\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os e prorroga\u00e7\u00f5es para o ano de 2026 e, enfatizando a publicidade e transpar\u00eancia nas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas.</p>\r\n<p>\u00a0</p>\r\n<p><b>II\u2014 METODOLOGIA:</b></p>\r\n<p>O Plano Anual de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es do Poder Legislativo leva em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as demandas realizadas anteriormente em um lapso temporal de 12 (doze) meses, bem como demandas a ser atendidas no decorrer do ano de 2026.</p>\r\n<p><b>III- PRAZOS</b>:</p>\r\n<p>Os prazos para formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das contrata\u00e7\u00f5es podem variar de acordo com as necessidades do Poder Legislativo, mediante conveni\u00eancia e oportunidade da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica, sempre pautando o interesse p\u00fablico. O Plano Anual de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e1 entrar em vigor a partir de 1\u00b0 de janeiro de 2026 e comporta adequa\u00e7\u00f5es, podendo ser reavaliado durante o exerc\u00edcio de 2026, mediante a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de demandas imprevistas aqui n\u00e3o contempladas. Quanto \u00e0s demandas aqui previstas, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o obrigatoriamente executadas, ficando a decis\u00e3o da execu\u00e7\u00e3o condicionada \u00e0 autoridade competente.</p>\r\n<p><b>IV-CONSIDERA\u00c7\u00d5ES FINAIS</b>:</p>\r\n<p>O presente plano consolida as informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes aos itens que se pretende contratar no \u00e2mbito da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores de Rorain\u00f3polis.
